Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. Because of this, changes or cancellations are not allowed.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is completed.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes. Every order includes tracking and will be sent once your package ships.

My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

First, check your delivery area and with neighbors. If it still cannot be located, please contact the carrier and then reach out to us for support.

Returns:

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
